Community rules

Last updated: 23 August 2026

These rules apply everywhere on CircHub: uploads, the forum, comments, profiles and private messages. Breaking them costs you your account.

1. Who can be here

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. One account per person. Do not share your account, and do not let anyone under 18 use it.

2. What you may upload

Videos are only allowed if all of the following are true:

  • Everyone appearing was 18 or older when it was recorded.
  • Everyone appearing agreed to it being recorded and to it being shared here.
  • You have the right to share it — you made it, you have permission, or you licensed it.
  • It is not medical, clinical or ritual procedure footage, whatever the age of the people in it and whatever the source.

You confirm all of this when you upload. A false declaration is treated as deliberate, not as a mistake.

3. Never allowed

  • Anyone under 18, real or depicted as such.
  • Content recorded or shared without consent, including hidden-camera footage and material shared to hurt someone.
  • Medical, clinical or ritual procedure footage.
  • Animals, violence, coercion, or anything illegal.
  • Other people's personal information — real names, addresses, workplaces, social media accounts.
  • Advertising, referral links, and content posted to sell.

4. How to behave

Disagree with people, not about people. Harassment, slurs, and following someone from thread to thread all count as harassment.

Do not out anyone. Many members here are private about this interest; treat what people share as told to you in confidence.

Keep threads on topic, do not post the same thing in several places, and do not use private messages to send what you would not post publicly.

5. Reporting

Every video, post, comment and profile has a Report link. Reports go only to the moderation team; the person you report is not told who reported them.

If something involves a minor or was shared without consent, report it here and to your local authorities. Do not download it, do not share it on, do not repost it as evidence.

6. What happens when you break a rule

Minor problems get a warning, which stays on your record and is visible to you on your profile. Repeated or serious problems get a temporary suspension. The limits in the box at the top of this page get a permanent ban on the first occurrence.

Moderators can remove or edit anything, lock threads, and take videos down. Every action is written to a log. If you think a decision is wrong, message a moderator — do not repost the content.

7. Changes

These rules will change as the community grows. Substantial changes are announced in the Announcements forum.
